   You should just leave it alone. It will go away. Your baby is just getting rid of your hormones. Don’t scrub baby’s face and just use gentle soap. Remember that it could take months for it to go away. As long as it doesn’t get worse, don’t worry about it.

   The best treatment for baby acne is LEAVE IT ALONE. I promise it will go away. My baby had it pretty bad for about the first 2 or 3 months. Don’t pick at it scrub at it or put anything on it. It will go away on it’s own and you’ll never be able to tell

   No treatment.
   The skin is reacting to its new environment and will right itself on its own.
   I know it’s distressing to see your gorgeous baby like this esp when you want to show them off! but all babies go through this.
