   As a retired nurse epidemiologist and seasoned mom and gramma I want you to know that many babies get bumps, rashes that are flat, raised, red, etc. I can’t diagnose anything about anyone. So I strongly suggest you take baby to the doctor. Some times it is just an allergic reaction and other times it is an infection. So take baby in as soon as possible. Some rashes are secondary to other infections.
